I love that when I talk with clear thoughts, it makes so easy for others to understand what I mean. To be able to articulate in a foreign language really needs practice, practice and more practice.
I practice that for my meetings. I want my meetings to be productive, so if I’m the meeting host, I spend time on preparing – I think ahead of time about what context, agenda items as well as goals for the meeting I should provide for my attendees. If I’m not sure about how to say in an appropriate way, I write things down and use them as a cheat sheet.
This kind of preparation took me so much time at first, and I have a strong feeling that I’m getting much better overtime. I love the progression.
